We text you only about your own support request: troubleshooting steps, status updates and links to your own account page. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
How you agree to receive texts
By texting Nav Air Support, or by asking a Nav Air support agent to text you during a call, you agree to receive support text messages from Nav Air Corp about your service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Before texting you, a Nav Air support agent reads this on the call and texts you only if you say yes:

Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
After you reply STOP, you get one text confirming you are unsubscribed and no more texts unless you reply START to opt back in.
